Horse manure i an excellent source.
The C/N from these casts are between 20/1 to 25/1 and to optimize compostding its better 25/1 to 40/1 (50/1), so you can add until 1/3 carbon rich materials. Compost times (without turns): 6 weeks (the worms can take them fresh, but is better composting so you avoid overheating and could biodegradating medicaments)
